Our master chef, cookbook author, and food creator Catarina König has been on the hunt for the perfect tool to create pastry shells. The options available on the market were few and either highly priced or of very poor quality. From this need, a collaboration emerged where together with Nordwik, we have developed the ultimate pastry iron at a reasonable price.
Furthermore, we have taken over the sales entirely, and it is now sold exclusively through us at an even better price since we have eliminated intermediaries.
Care instructions: The pastry iron is made of iron with oak handles. It should not be washed in the dishwasher.
